Cancellations
All Grad School Test Prep courses must meet a minimum enrollment established by the program in order to be held. If we must cancel your course because of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a 100-percent refund of your payment. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
If You Need to Cancel Your Registration
You may cancel in person, by fax (612-624-5359), by e-mail, or by writing to University of Minnesota, College of Continuing Education, Information Center, 20 Coffey Hall, 1420 Eckles Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55108-6069.
- Grad School Test Prep - Classroom Courses
Cancellation of a Grad School Test Prep classroom course will be subject to a 10-percent processing fee if received five or fewer working days before the program start. No refunds will be granted if you cancel on or after the first day of the course. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy except documented medical emergencies.
- Grad School Test Prep - Online Courses
Partial refunds are given if the cancellation request for a Grad School Test Prep online course is received within five (5) days of receiving password and URL address. All cancellations are subject to a $120 cancellation fee and a $150 Internet Provider fee. No refunds will be issued after five days.
Courses will not be cancelled due to inclement weather unless the University closes.
