In the summer of 2007, offices for the College of Continuing Education’s Information Center and Degree and Credit Programs moved from the Minneapolis campus to the Classroom Office Building on the St. Paul campus.  The move brings the bulk of the College’s staff together on one campus.

Offices and advisers for the following programs moved to Suite 20 of Classroom Office Building:

• Inter-College Program and Multidisciplinary Studies
• Bachelor of Applied Science
• Program for Individualized Learning
• Master of Liberal Studies
• Credit certificates
• Independent and Distance Learning
• Web Course Design Group
• Career and Lifework Planning Services
• Offices for evening classes and summer term

Offices for English as a Second Language and the Program in Translation and Interpreting will remain in Wesbrook.  Precollege programs will remain in the Armory.

Getting to our offices--maps and parking information
Our offices are in the Classroom Office Building on the St. Paul campus. You can see on the Classroom Office Building map that the closest parking ramp is the Gortner Avenue Ramp.  Visit University Parking and Transportation Services to find out more about parking rates at Gortner Avenue Ramp.

A limited number of metered parking spots are available on Eckles and Buford avenues.

Please note that the offices are not in the Continuing Education & Conference Center, another building on the St. Paul campus.

Driving Directions to the Gortner Avenue Ramp
From the East: Follow I-94 to Highway 280. Drive along Highway 280 to the East Hennepin/Larpenteur Avenue exit. Turn right on Larpenteur and right on Gortner Avenue (first traffic light after the Cleveland Avenue intersection). The Gortner Avenue Ramp will be on your right. Classroom Office Building is directly west of the Gortner Avenue Ramp.

From the West: Follow I-94 to Highway 280. Drive along Highway 280 to the East Hennepin/Larpenteur Avenue exit. From the North: Exit from 35W at Cleveland Avenue. Drive south on Cleveland. Make a left at Buford Avenue, followed by a right on Gortner Avenue. The Gortner Avenue Ramp will be on your right. Classroom Office Building is directly west of the Gortner Avenue Ramp.

Bus Routes
If you take the bus or just don't want to move your car from a Minneapolis campus ramp, you can move easily between campuses by taking a campus shuttle.
