2008 Private Applicator Certification
Welcome to the 2008 Private Applicator Certification Test Site through the University of Minnesota WebVista. Access to the test has a few simple steps, so please follow them carefully.
Make sure you review the System Requirements below. If you do not have e-mail or you do not have the Windows or Macintosh system requirements, please use the mail-in certification process. Pick up these materials at your local Extension office.

System Requirements |

| E-mail Account | You will need an e-mail account to receive registration, test, and certification information. |
| Windows User | Use Windows 98, ME, NT, 4.0, 2000, or XP and a 56k V.90 modem or better Internet connection. |
| Macintosh User | You need a machine that can support Mac OS X and a 56k V.90 modem or better Internet connection. |
Tests must be completed by October 31, 2008. All registrations for incomplete tests, including second and third attempts, will expire on October 31, 2008. A new registration and fee payment will be required after January 2009.
The online test is different from the mail-in test. Answers from the mail-in tests cannot be transferred to the online test.
Once the fee is paid for the online test, mail-in test, or a certification workshop, it cannot be transferred. Switching from one method to another will require another fee payment. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.

Please follow the steps in the side bar area (left of this screen), to register, set up your browser, and access the test . SKIPPING ANY OF THE STEPS WILL CREATE DIFFICULTY IN YOUR TEST PROCESS.
