Student Resources

U of M Student Resources

The University of Minnesota offers a wide variety of services and resources to help you with everything from career exploration to locating libraries, bookstores, transportation, and campus maps — see the U of M Student Resources Web site for more information.

Information and Academic Advising are available

Advising is available to students who are not yet admitted to the University and have questions about returning to learning. The College's Information Center schedules advising appointments by phone or in person, and offers registration assistance and financial aid information to all. Use the "Contact Us" link in the left column.

Textbooks

The University of Minnesota Textbook Exchange provides a Web site for students who want to buy and sell course textbooks from other students. It's easy and it's free to all U of M students. The University of Minnesota Bookstores is not affiliated with this program in any way. All transactions take place directly between the buyer and seller.
