I am interested in the services you provide. How much do they cost?
This is the most frequently asked question and the answer depends on how large your group may be, what type of needs you have, and timeline issues for planning the event. It is important that we meet with you to not only determine what we can do to assist with the event, but also who else is involved and what they will be doing.
One consideration in using these services should be the cost differential of providing services “in your department” vs. contracting with our College. Our scalable and efficient services can save University department resources by being available as you need us instead of adding to your overhead expenses. Can we use some of your services?
Yes. Because we want to work as your partner, you can select just the services needed to provide the best arrangements for your event. We pride ourselves in providing cost effective services based on your exact needs.
Do you only provide these services for events held on campus?
No. We can work with you for events held throughout the city, state, nationally, and internationally. View more information about our partners and programs.
What types of events do you manage?
University of Minnesota sponsored and co-sponsored events are the primary groups that we are currently serving. See list of “Partners and Programs” page to get an idea of the variety of events. Management of one-time only national and international professional association conferences and meetings are finding our services helpful.
Long-term partnerships for on-going short courses, workshops, and conferences have been and will continue to find our program planning and marketing services of great value.
When should I contact you?
The earlier the better, and prior to signing contracts or making other commitments. We are pleased to make suggestions and offer advice before you make a bid to bring a professional conference or meeting to Minnesota.

What unique services do you offer?
Our Web-Based registration system simplifies the collection of fees by check, credit card, and purchase order. In addition, our Web-based abstract collector tool can manage your Call for Abstracts and their review and publication.
