Learning Modules
Browser Configuration
Before logging in and accessing the modules, please visit the browser setup page to ensure your Web browser is successfully configured: http://webvista.umn.edu/browser/
Upon completing your online registration for the learning module(s), you will receive the following:
1. An e-mail confirmation of your registration that includes a X.500 username and temporary password
2. A second e-mail in approximately 30 minutes notifying you that your "course is ready and may be accessed." NOTE: If you attempt to log in to the learning modules prior to receiving this second notification, your access will be denied.
After receiving the course ready notification, follow the steps below to log in to the Learning Module(s)
1) Click here to log in to the Learning Modules.
2) You are now at the Learning Modules (WebCT Vista) Login Site, click on "Login"
4) At the Internet Login screen: a) enter your X.500 username in the Internet ID box, b) enter your Password in the password box, c) click on the "Login" button, d) security requires you to change your password. Follow the prompts on the screen to change your password immediately. e) keep the X.500 username and new password on file for yourself.
5) The module(s) for which you've registered and been granted access will appear in your Course List.
6) Instructions for completing the online course can be found in the Course Information link within the Learning Module(s).
Upon completion of the learning module, be sure to log out.
