Platinum-level sponsorship status can be obtained for $5,000. As a major sponsor to this prestigious meeting, you will receive the following benefits:

• An exhibition booth (8’ X 10’) complete with table and three chairs.  Premium location of booth from floor plan and access to a second, adjoining booth, if desired, at no extra charge.
• Up to three full delegate registrations for your attending company personnel (full registration status includes attendance at all scientific sessions and receptions).
• A full-page, color advertisement prominently displayed on the inside of the cover or the back cover of the conference program book (artwork to be provided electronically by PLATINUM sponsor).
