Evolution 2008 Registration

Online registration is closed. You may register at Willey Hall starting on noon Friday, June 20.

If you purchased a ticket for the June 24 award banquet click here to make your meal selection.

The deadline for presentations titles was April 10, 2008. Presentations submitted after this date will not be included in the Evolution 2008 meeting. The deadline for early bird registration at discounted rates is May 2, 2008.

Presenters should submit presentations titles, and not abstracts.

Members are asked to indicate the societies to which they belong during the registration process.

Amending Your Current Registration
To amend or modify your current registration, visit this page.

Cancellations and Registration Amendments
Please note that if you amend your registration with a reduction in any part of your registration fee, you will be charged $25 for every refund issued to you. When you request a refund for any part of your registration fee, a pop-up box will display the Terms and Conditions of this $25 Cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel your entire registration, a refund of your fee, minus a $75.00 cancellation fee will be made if written notice is received by May 1, 2008. Cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund. The University reserves the right to cancel the event if necessary and would issue a full refund

Additional Information
After you register for the conference, watch for your credit card statement. The charge will post from either MICE Technologies or Conference Online. This company is an Australian company, and the charge will include your appropriate registration fees.
