Exhibitor Information

We are inviting companies to exhibit at the upcoming program, “Inaugural International Conference of the Engineering Mechanics Institute – EM08.” The conference will be held May 18-21, 2008 at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This conference is hosted by the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Minnesota; the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineering Mechanics Institute; and is facilitated by the College of Continuing Education, University of Minnesota.

This conference will focus on the needs of the worldwide engineering mechanics community and will promote both research and application of scientific and mathematical principles. The conference will provide a forum for the exchange of information and discussion of recent developments in, and applications of, solid and fluid mechanics. Plenary presentations and concurrent contributed paper sessions will be presented. An attendance of between 450-550 people is expected at this program.

As an exhibitor you will receive one 6-foot skirted table. In addition, you may also bring your own 10-foot portable booth to use as a backdrop and to display graphic panels. Your exhibitor fee includes one complimentary conference registration.

Conference Dates
Exhibits will be on display throughout the conference. Exhibits will be located outside the general session room, in the area where all breaks will be held.

Exhibitor Fee
$1,100 (U.S. Dollars)
