If you are planning a large conference involving multiple breakout sessions and presenters wishing to use computer technology, we can assist. Our services include:

• Arrange for all computer setups
• Configure and test all systems requiring an Internet connection
• Arrange for all projection setups
• Arrange for presenters to e-mail their data files to our staff
• Install and test these files and notify the presenter of the results
• Provide special technical support during the conference to assure that everything runs smoothly

Participants are still able to meet face-to-face, but without incurring the expense of airfares, meals, and lodging. Hold your next videoconference at the Continuing Education and Conference Center.
