Admission Requirements

Admission to a certificate program is based on individual review of previous college performance, grade point average (GPA), patterns of course work completed, and educational objectives. You are encouraged to discuss objectives, course plans, and admission requirements with a student or faculty adviser before submitting an application.

Admission decisions are made continuously during any given year, enabling students to begin at their convenience. The application deadline for summer and fall semesters is March 1 and for spring semester it is September 1.

This certificate program consists of specific Master of Liberal Studies/Innovation Studies seminars and offers up-to-date, cutting-edge material most students previously have not been exposed to. Call the Innovation Studies office at 612-626-8724 to schedule a meeting with an adviser to discuss your goals and how Innovation Studies can help you.
