Train-the-Trainer Certificate

Training is widely accepted as one of the best methods for improving employee morale and enhancing employee skills. That is why the U of M and The Bob Pike Group have partnered to offer one of the most comprehensive train-the-trainer certificate programs available. Using research-based, field-tested, creative training strategies, you will learn how to effectively manage and influence people in educational and training situations. The highly interactive and engaging courses focus on training facilitation skills, participant-centered methodologies, presentation skills, design strategies and more.

To complete this certificate program, you will take three required courses and one elective for a total of 42 contact hours. The courses may be taken in any order, but must be completed within two years of your first course. Look for the TTC code which designates courses that apply to the Train-the-Trainer Certificate program. There is a one-time $35 certificate enrollment fee.

To enroll in the Train-the-Trainer Certificate program call us at 612-624-4000. There is a one-time $35 enrollment fee to enroll in the certificate program.
