Supervision Mastery Certificate
The Supervision Mastery Certificate is designed for supervisors who want to demonstrate commitment to leading and directing the work of others to accomplish goals and develop successful interpersonal communication skills. Through a comprehensive educational experience you will acquire practical new knowledge and skills that advance your career. You will meet your unique professional development goals as you take a series of required courses in addition to customizing your certificate by choosing additional courses from anywhere in our portfolio. Your certificate concludes with a capstone course that uses case studies to help you assimilate and apply what you’ve learned throughout your program. During your program, leading-edge, real-world learning is reinforced by intensive peer interaction. The result is a dynamic opportunity to explore and learn best practices that you can apply immediately.
Our convenient course scheduling allows you to take courses from several certificate areas at once to meet your own time constraints and demands. Courses are available throughout the year so that you can complete the Supervision Mastery Certificate in as little as one year, but you have the flexibility of taking up to four years to complete your program.

Certificate Enrollment Information
Enroll in the Supervision Mastery Certificate program now or call us at 612-624-4000 to speak to an Information Center Learner Representative. There is no fee to enroll in the mastery certificate program; however, you must enroll ($35 enrollment fee per certificate) in each of the individual certificate programs that are required above. Individuals enrolled in a certificate program are entitled to a $20 discount off course fees.
