 Personal Excellence Certificate
Personal excellence is a core competency for any role within an organization. Our Personal Excellence Certificate focuses on helping you develop this competency as you learn about managing yourself, influencing others, developing organizational savvy, and working professionally and assertively.
Intended audience
- Individual contributors moving into a new organization or into a more professional role within their organization
- Elective component of the Supervision Mastery, Management Mastery, and Human Resource Mastery Certificates

To complete this certificate program, you will take all courses listed below (for a total of 30 contact hours). The courses may be taken in any order, but must be completed within one year of your first course. Look for the PEC code which designates courses that apply to the Personal Excellence Certificate program.

Certificate Enrollment Information
To enroll in the Personal Excellence Certificate program call us at 612-624-4000. There is a one-time $35 enrollment fee to enroll in the certificate program. Individuals enrolled in a certificate program are entitled to a $20 discount off course fees.
