Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate
The interpersonal effectiveness core competency deals with how well you interact with others in your organization and in turn impacts how well you are able to accomplish your goals. Our Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate will help you develop your competence in communicating effectively, building successful relationships, understanding correct “behavior” in work settings, and handling challenging situations and people.

- Anyone who wants to improve their interpersonal effectiveness
- Required component of the Supervision Mastery and Human Resource Mastery Certificates
- Elective component of the Management Mastery Certificate

To complete this certificate program, you will take five of the courses listed below. The courses may be taken in any order, but must be completed within one year of your first course. Look for the IEC code which designates courses that apply to the Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate program. There is a one-time $35 certificate enrollment fee.

There is a one-time $35 enrollment fee to enroll in the certificate program. Individuals enrolled in a certificate program are entitled to a $20 discount off course fees.
