Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate

The interpersonal effectiveness core competency deals with how well you interact with others in your organization and in turn impacts how well you are able to accomplish your goals. Our Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate will help you develop your competence in communicating effectively, building successful relationships, understanding correct “behavior” in work settings, and handling challenging situations and people.

Intended audience

Anyone who wants to improve their interpersonal effectiveness
Required component of the Supervision Mastery and Human Resource Mastery Certificates
Elective component of the Management Mastery Certificate

Enroll in the Interpersonal Effectiveness Certificate program now or call us at 612-624-4000 to speak to an Information Center Learner Representative. There is a one-time $35 enrollment fee to enroll in the certificate program. Individuals enrolled in a certificate program are entitled to a $20 discount off course fees.
