Human Resource Generalist II Certificate
In the rapidly changing field of human resources it is crucial for a human resource generalist to acquire the necessary skills in relationship building and working at a strategic management level. This certificate program covers important topics in employee labor relations, facilitating work groups, HR metrics and technology, investigation and documentation, succession planning, and strategic HR planning. Both HRG I and II courses are designed to provide the HR practitioner with the competencies needed for success as an HR Generalist. It is recommended that you complete the HRG I certificate before you complete the HRG II certificate, but they may be taken in any order.

There is a one-time $35 enrollment fee to enroll in the certificate program. Individuals enrolled in a certificate program are entitled to a $20 discount off course fees.
