Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least five working days before the beginning of the course to avoid a 10-percent processing fee. You may cancel a course registration by phone (612-624-4000), by fax (612-624-5359), by e-mail (cceinfo@umn.edu), or by writing to University of Minnesota, College of Continuing Education, Information Center, 20 Coffey Hall, 1420 Eckles Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55108-6069.
No refunds will be granted if you cancel on or after the first day of the course.
In order to obtain the maximum benefit from the workshop format, workshops must meet a minimum enrollment in order to be held. If we must cancel your workshop because of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a 100-percent refund of your payment. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Individual Consultation Cancellation or Missed Appointment Policy
Twenty-four hour cancellation notice is required if you must cancel your individual consultation. If you do not cancel your consultation within 24 hours or if you miss an appointment, CCE has the right to bill you for the full amount of consultation. To cancel an individual consultation, please call 612-624-4000.
